Last week I tweeted about yaupon holly, the only caffeinated plant native to this continent, and said I wanted to try tea made from it. Today two different kinds arrived from @daricemoore, via @yaupontea! It tastes like Florida, somehow—citrusy and tangy, but subtle, like residue on your hands after working with plants there outdoors—and that’s where this tea is grown. Thanks, friend!
My step-uncle, Joe, died today of complications from COVID-19. Here he is in high school shop class, in his 1963 yearbook from Hughes High School in Cincinnati.

Astrology haters, look away! I had the most tender and insightful ancestors-oriented astrological chart reading by @radicleheart recently. The interpretations reinforced many of my understandings but also gave me some new ways of looking at aspects and recurrences. Also, she made this gorgeous illustration. ✨🌘
