In the Maud household, as in the blogosphere, reactions to Thomas Pynchon’s work, uh, diverge slightly. Still, there’s no doubt that whoever pulls the latest Bookforum from the mailbox will do a little victory jig.

But why wait, when Pynchon rhapsodies from Lorrie Moore, Jeffrey Eugenides, George Saunders, Lydia Davis, and many more are posted online?
