Much ablog about nothing

This post was written by Friday blogger Annie Reid.

Sorry to pull the old “blog and jog,” but I’m leaving town. I apologize for the paucity of the day.

Maud should be back on Monday, but I must warn you, she did have a maniacal glint in her eye when I last I saw her. She was limping, strangely enough, and heading for the docks, muttering something under her breath about a “white whale”. But then, “one of those red-billed savage sea-hawks which so often fly incommodiously close round the manned mast-heads of whalemen in these latitudes” swooped down at took her hat, and she was off on that chase, willy-nilly. Fickle old thing.

So, yeah, Monday. I’ll see you all next week!
