Bob Dylan nominated for book award

This post was written by guest blogger Andy Fine.

Bob Dylan’s memoir Chronicles, Volume 1 has been nominated for the US National Book Critics Circle prize for biography/autobiography. His book is up against Ron Chernow’s critically acclaimed (and inexplicably popular) biography of Alexander Hamilton, Stephen Greenblatt’s biography of Shakespeare, John Guy’s bio of Mary Queen of Scots, and De Kooning: An American Master by Mark Stevens and Annalyn Swan.
