On a bit of a tangent, there’s an article today on the front page of the New York Times called “Addressing the Unthinkable, U.S. Revives Study of Fallout.” Silly me, I thought that meant the government was studying how to handle/manage the effects of fallout on the population after a nuclear disaster. But no, they’re studying how to quickly figure out where a bomb came from, so they can go blast the attackers right back.
