On Friday, CNN won a temporary order preventing federal government agencies in New Orleans from enforcing a “zero access” policy to restrict media coverage of Katrina recovery efforts — prompting a spokesperson for the task force to say, essentially, “By golly, CNN just misunderstood. When we said ‘zero access,’ we really meant, ‘free, unfettered access.’ Mostly.”
