Bigger Biggest Book

Oh dear, it seems there is some controversy about just which book holds the title as the world’s largest. Dave Lull emailed me a link to this article about Bhutan: A Visual Odyssey Across the Last Himalayan Kingdom, a book touted on Amazon as “the largest published book in the world — about one of the world’s smallest countries.” Apparently, it has been certified as such by the folks at Guinness World Records. Let’s see, Bhutan weighs 133 pounds to GOAT’s 66. That makes Bhutan even more exactly the kind of thing you wouldn’t want to fall on your head.
Interestingly, Bhutan (the country, not the book) does not merit a mention on this list of the seventeen smallest countries in the world. No way could you accidentally snuff it up your nose.
