Aspiring U.K. writers now workshopping, too

More would-be novelists in the U.K. are seeking graduate degrees in creative writing. According to the Independent, “In 12 years, the number of universities offering postgraduate degree courses in creative writing has increased from eight to 85.” As in the U.S., U.K. literary agents are wooing young writers from prestigious programs.
